The Stars of the Show!
Since 2004, the dedicated team of men and women who serve at Mezzaluna is why our clients love us and is the reason we have become one of the premier catering companies in the Pacific Northwest. Many on the Mezzaluna staff have been with Chef John for years and are as dedicated to providing excellence in food, service, presentation and tender loving care as he is. “At the end of the day, after we have executed a fabulous event, my team takes such pride in the job that they collectively accomplished. They truly are proud of the work they do for our fabulous clients,” John said. “My team makes coming to work each day a special event in and of itself.”

They were together, sharing their love over food. Her experience in the culinary field spans over 10 years including as a baker and vegan chef. Jillian has worked her way from the bottom to a successful career in leadership within the culinary industry.
She brings the same care and heart warming approach to everything she does with Mezzaluna, just as she was taught and enjoyed as a young girl. Spend one minute with Jillian and you too will know how lucky we are to have her.
“At the end of the day, after all these years, I think the best thing I’ve learned is to stay humble. Remind yourself often that you don’t know everything and that there’s still room to learn.” — Jillian
