Coconut Macaroons by Mezzaluna Fine Catering
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 4 cups coconut
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon flour
- Mix condensed milk, coconut, flour, and vanilla together well.
- Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray or use parchment paper.
- Put heaping teaspoonfuls on cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350°F for about 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool and peel from cookies sheet.
